Very quick & healthy! Here are some quick reference recipes and snack ideas to stimulate your creativity.
I have focused on providing the quickest, most on-the-fly concotions to keep your busy lifestyles in full flow. I will be updating and
improving this section with more elaborations and more actual recipes within the next week or so. Enjoy!

Omega 3 "Organic Food Bar"- $3 - Raw and amazingly tastey

Whole Young Coconut Water and Pulp and Agave Syrup with 2 TBSP Raw CACAO

Blend Olive Oil (plenty), A lemon squeezed, 2 Scoops Tahini, 1 or 2 pieces garlic, a little salt
and pour it on arugula with chopped orange pepper, add some saurkraut on top

raw saurkraut is amazing for zingy taste, weight loss, healthy bacteria - love it

apple chopped with cinnamon, agave syrup, raisens, chopped almonds or walnuts

blend flax seed, cacao, agave, coconut butter, brazil nuts, cinnamon or allspice, with plenty of water, for silk smoothy, add slack ass handfull of ice to cool it just a bit

buy raw "nori" seaweed (dried, not toasted or roasted) and use it to eat salad with a "pinching 'style techniquey"

dust any salad or smoothy with ground hemp seed for huge blast of protein/omegas/fatty acids

slice a bunch of cucumber, red pepper, and add olive oil, salt, dash of rice wine vinegar (cheap), and dash of toasted seasame oil

soak sun dried tomatoes for a few hours or overnight, blend with a little soak water at first
-
adding salt a little garlic, and fresh basil and olive oil- amazing raw pasta sauce, add more soak water to desired consistency
add this marinara to anything- arugula, spinach, romaine, or thinly sliced zuccini (awesome)... (maybe try to find "kelp noodles"
which are clear... all the way on the end of the cooled section on the left of erewhon

almond butter is great on apples, to mix with cacao, or on celery sticks as a decadent little snack ^o_o^
- blend brazil nuts or almonds with a little agave (little) and a tiny bit of salt at a time, with water (1part brazil to 3 parts water)
makes a sweet nectar of a sexy silky milk... top with cinnamon if you desire or make chocolate milk
- have a fresh mango
- blend ripe tomatos with touch of garlic, tiny touch of red onion, (optional artichoke heart), add to fresh chopped ripe avocado...
this can be good in a "burrito shell" of napa cabage... we like to make it very very spicey with habanero sauce (we love habanero sauce w/ everything)

lara bars are raw and they taste just like real junk food, only actually really really good $2 cocoa mole and cherry pie are good flaves

raw tahini is $5 a jar and super healthy for brain, protein, eyesight...
mix by mashing with back of spoon in bowl with agave syrup and tiny bit of vanilla extract... makes a very good sweet nut candy.. you can add
cacao, raisens, chopped figs

discover dried figs... you will love to have them around as an alternative sweetener, in smoothies, or a candy

make a fruit smoothie with mango, peach, and strawberries... add a banana if you're a freak

heart of palm is great on it's own or in a salad... fantastic pickled/marinated too

note to L.A.: erewhon is very cheap to buy ORGANIC greens and produce...
it can be slightly more expensive for other quality items but fair... worth it for the produce trip alone

in a hurry, just whack open a young coconut and run slurrping out the door (grab some straws from the sto). long ago i thought twice
about buying a butcher knife at the store. don't make the same mistake! a cheap butcher knife is the golden key to your own personal coconut water paradise!

mix it up with greens acting as the "pasta" and all kinds of different additions and dressings

lightly steam broccoli, asparagus, or collar greens, add lemon, garlic, salt and olive oil. hold onto your panties

liven things up by sprinkling anise seed on anything... smoothie, salad, raw pasta... makes it instantly aromatic and gourmet like

raw pizza is good from tum-yum brand at erewhon... also tum-yum's chocolate cupcake looking thing is insane if it's ever not sold out
it comes in a cute little clear plastic 'chinese take out' container... $9 and contains enough raw cacao to get a horse humping the air

buy almond milk and oat milk, see which one you like better, mix with any amount blue green algae, tiny cacao, tiny vanilla, and tiny agave
should be barely any in amounts to subtley flavor milk: makes "Kel's Blue Moon-Cow Cocktail"

slice all kinds of peppers, add salt, oil, lemon and sprinkle with seasame seeds

juice fruit and freeze it

buy dehydrated flax crackers

buy "rawmasean cheese" (very convincing-lori says)

hummus/tahini/nut butter and carrots or flax crackers is nice and quick
-
celery juiced with lemon and a little beets... is very cleansing and zingy (1 or 1.5 lemons)

buy frozen mango and just eat the chunks as a nice frozen dessert:
